Architect and Engineer Collaborating on a Project

Team Collaboration in cove.tool

Due to increased market demands, project delivery methods such as design-bid-build, design-build, and construction-manager-at-risk have evolved into what is known as Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). IPD entails cross-team collaboration between project teams from Schematic Design to Post-Occupancy. This 60-minute session will showcase best practices for collaboration between architects, engineers, and project stakeholders in IPD and traditional workflows. It will also provide an overview of cove.tool platform features that enhance cross-team collaboration, such as the ‘Manage Teams’ and ‘Chat’ Features.
